BREAKFAST
ANNA BANANA SMOOTHIE
 
Ingredients
  • 1 banana, broken into chunks
  • 2 cups of almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons of honey (or chocolate syrup)
  • 1 cup ice cubes
LUNCH

SPICY HERBED CHICKEN SANDWICH

Ingredients
  • 1-2 cans of caned chicken
  • 1 tsp. rosemary
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. fresh-ground pepper
  • ½ c. mayonnaise
  • 3 oz. hot capocollo or salami
  • 1 c. pickled hot pepper
  • 6 oz. Fontina cheese
  • 4 baguettes
Directions
  • Split each of the baguettes horizontally using a serrated knife.
  • Stir the mayonnaise, salt, pepper and rosemary together and spread on each slice.
  • Layer the capocollo, peppers, chicken, and fontina on half of the sliced baguettes.
  • Top each sandwich with the remaining slices, cut in half, and serve.


DINNER

MOIST FALL APART CHICKEN/ CROCKPOT
Great for shredding!

Ingredients
  • 4 (4oz) Chicken breast
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • Optional: seasoning of choice
Time:
  • 4-8 Hours
Directions:
  • Place chicken in the crockpot with the chicken broth and seasonings of choice
  • Cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
  • Shred chicken / serve or save
